Hall Telecommunications Supply Ltd. markets a focused range of quality products to the Canadian telecommunication industry (CATV, Telco, large private networks and Special Needs areas). Since its inception in 1974, our private and entirely Canadian owned company has grown through leading edge technology solutions and excellent service to its customers.

Recent History

The introduction of the “Interconnect” dramatically changed the Canadian telecommunications industry. Despite huge shifts in demand from these industry changes, and therefore our principal customers (telephone operating companies, CATV companies, power utilities and contractors) Hall Telecommunication Supply has evolved to meet the needs of the changing market.

Three dominant types of products have evolved out of these industry changes, and these are backbone of our company: Outside plant, customer premise and special needs products. The quickly growing market of end-users with in-house telecommunication departments may soon become a fourth major market for Hall Telecommunications.

Modern Facilities

Our central location in Guelph, Ontario is only forty-five minutes from the Toronto airport and shipments within Ontario and Quebec and the Western provinces, reach our customers by the next business day. The total available warehouse space is 25,000 square feet.

Customer Service is the most prominent feature of our company. Knowledgeable inside and outside sale representatives and our customer support team work to make every aspect of dealing with Hall efficient and pleasant.

Modern computer equipment, which is updated on a continuous basis, is a resource that provides instant order and product information for customers. By supporting EDI, Internet and general order processing, our real-time customer support system follows your order from initiation to the transportation company’s tracking system.

Our sales staff are constantly being educated on products through a multitude of industry periodicals, bulletins and also by means of manufacturer-sponsored seminars.
